In this responsible position, you lead the installation team directly on site at the construction site and ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality project implementation. You coordinate the work with site management, customers, and subcontractors, keep an eye on deadlines and materials, and accompany complex systems through to commissioning and successful handover.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and coordination of the installation team on site
Organisation and execution of assigned installation tasks
Coordination with site management, customers, and subcontractors
Independent ordering of materials from suppliers
Planning and coordination of transports, site facilities, equipment, and machinery
Monitoring the quality of own work as well as subcontractors’ services
Conducting commissioning, tests, and measurements on complex systems
Ensuring compliance with deadlines and contractual requirements
Organisation and management of tools and machinery
Consistent implementation and control of safety regulations
Preparation and execution of handover to the client
Qualifications:
Training as an electrical installer, installation electrician, or network electrician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or officially recognised equivalent qualification
Alternatively, solid professional experience with operational and security systems
Reliable, honest, and transparent working style
Enjoyment of practical work outdoors and on construction sites
Willingness to work night shifts
Driving licence category B
Trailer test advantageous; can be obtained if interested
Good oral and written German skills
