Our client is looking for a committed individual who is responsible for order processing and acts as a central interface between customers, sales, and logistics. The future post holder supports project-related offer preparation and coordinates delivery processes. In addition to solid experience in customer service, a high standard of service quality, linguistic fluency, and organisational skills are expected.
- Preparation and dispatch of offers
- Recording and processing of customer orders in the ERP system
- Handling complaints in cooperation with after-sales
- Maintenance of customer master data in CRM/ERP
- Several years of experience in customer service or a comparable role required
- Very good German and French skills as well as solid English skills in spoken and written form
- Strong communication skills and team orientation in daily customer dialogue
- Understanding of order processing, offer coordination, and project support
- Participation in external training courses
- Flexible working hours

Tasks
- Contact person for customer enquiries by phone or e-mail- Preparation and dispatch of offers

Profile
- Completed commercial basic training- Several years of experience in customer service or a comparable role required
- Very good German and French skills as well as solid English skills in spoken and written form
