- Successfully passed aptitude assessment at ZAG, Winterthur
- Multicheck® competence analysis Health HF
- Completion of secondary level II, i.e.:
- Vocational qualification with EFZ
- Specialised middle school diploma (FMS)
- Gymnasial Matura
- Communication and relationship skills
- Flexibility
- Analytical and organisational skills
- Networking ability
- Physical and mental resilience
- Willingness to learn and perform
