Responsibilities:
- As Head of IT Solution Architecture, you take charge of managing demand from requirement gathering to prioritisation with the solutions partner.
- In this role, you lead the creation of requirements, solution design, effort estimation, and delivery while adhering to architecture standards, business priorities, and cost targets.
- As Head of IT Solution Architecture, you are responsible for implementation through to handover to operations, monitoring performance, user experience, and service levels to ensure continuous improvements.
- You act as the functional application steward for regional applications, maintain the application roadmap, and identify rationalisation potentials.
- In this role, you support the further development of technology and capability roadmaps, monitor technology trends, and recommend innovations to increase efficiency and business value.
- As Head of IT Solution Architecture, you promote close collaboration with stakeholders and teams across areas and regions and support change and communication measures for the successful introduction of new solutions.
Qualifications:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable field.
- You have at least 7 years of professional experience in IT business partnering, project management, or implementing enterprise solutions.
- You are familiar with IT governance, demand management, and service delivery frameworks (e.g. ITIL, Agile) as well as tools like Accolade and ServiceNow.
- You communicate confidently in German and English and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- You are skilled at translating business needs into viable IT solutions - including requirements gathering, feasibility assessment, and business case development.
- You have demonstrably implemented scalable, secure solutions, moderated workshops, and specifically improved the performance and user experience of applications.
