MAIN TASKS
- Independently manage the hospitality services of a floor
- Prepare the rooms
- Welcome patients (explanations, luggage, escort to room)
- Manage meal orders taking into account any dietary restrictions or other special requests
- Manage meal distribution and provide room service
- Handle requests (flowers, concierge, visitor meals, etc.)
- Organise patient departures (luggage, transport)
- Participate in bar service (light refreshments)
- Participate in the service and setup of internal or external Hirslanden events
YOUR PROFILE
- You have recognised training in hospitality and experience in a luxury environment or healthcare facility
- Your language skills are an important asset for our clientele: you are fluent in both French and English
- Discreet, excellently presented and with a strong sense of service, you know how to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele
- Flexible and available (irregular hours including weekends)
