Head/ Manager Quality Assurance (a)

On behalf of our clients, we are currently looking for a:

Head/ Manager Quality Assurance (a)

Your tasks:

• Execution and documentation of incoming goods and quality inspections as well as monitoring of measuring instruments
• Handling of deviation and error inspections as well as coordination of effective corrective actions
• Support in maintaining and further developing the quality management system
• Participation in the preparation and support of internal and external audits
• Management of customer and supplier complaint handling including root cause analysis
• Creation and preparation of quality-relevant key figures for reporting

Your skills:

• Successfully completed technical basic training, for example in the mechanical or industrial sector
• Practical experience in quality assurance, quality control or quality management
• Familiarity with common quality standards as well as handling of testing and measuring equipment
• Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems
• Structured, reliable and precise working style with a strong solution orientation
• Strong team and communication skills as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
