- Setting up, programming, and operating modern CNC lathes
- Manufacturing precision components according to technical drawings and specifications
- Conducting initial sample and approval inspections
- Ongoing quality checks during and after the manufacturing process
- Ensuring consistently high product and manufacturing quality
- Assisting in the optimisation of existing manufacturing processes
- Supporting technical improvement projects
- Active participation in continuous improvement measures
- Performing maintenance and simple servicing tasks on production equipment

- Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing and machining
- Experience in setting up and operating CNC lathes

Responsibilities
In this position, you will play a central role within CNC manufacturing and be responsible, among other things, for the following tasks:- Setting up, programming, and operating modern CNC lathes
- Manufacturing precision components according to technical drawings and specifications

Profile
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, precision mechanic, or comparable technical qualification- Several years of professional experience in CNC manufacturing and machining
- Experience in setting up and operating CNC lathes
- Good technical understanding and strong quality awareness
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Enthusiasm for process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Team player, flexible, and highly committed
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good command of German, both spoken and written
