IT Supporter (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for employees and ensure high-quality IT first-level support via telephone, remote, and on-site.
- In this role, you analyse technical problems with hardware and software, develop solution concepts, and implement them with external partners if necessary.
- As an IT user support employee, you install, configure, and maintain IT and clinical devices and support the various locations.
- You manage industry-specific software and hardware and ensure stable and efficient operation.
- In this role, you are responsible for the procurement of hardware and software including quality control.
- You provide technical support for back-office tasks, for example by automating data processing, and actively participate in IT projects.
Qualifications:
- Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist or comparable training in the IT field
- High quality standards, strong service orientation, and enjoyment of support work
- Solid experience in IT support (fault reporting and resolution), client management, as well as with Microsoft Windows and MS Office
- Knowledge of Windows server environments and experience with ERP, CRM, and telephony solutions are advantageous
- Analytical, structured working style with convincing coordination and communication skills as well as independent and sustainable action
- Team-oriented, motivated personality with confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
