Professional IT Supporter (m/f/d)

- Respond to support requests via ticket system and telephone, develop solution approaches
- Monitor performance and availability of systems, initiate proactive measures
- Maintain and update technical documentation, instructions and training materials
- Support and optimise client/server, terminal server and virtualisation solutions
Qualifications:
- Solid IT education and 2-4 years of professional experience, ideally in the service sector
- Experienced in handling client/server, terminal server and virtualisation solutions
- Excellent familiarity with Microsoft server operating systems and their roles such as Active Directory, GPO and DNS
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365
- Enjoy interacting with customers
- Excellent German and English skills
