For an internationally active Swiss industrial company in the Lenzburg / Aargau region, we are looking for an analytical personality for a versatile controlling function. The company develops and produces technical solutions for metal processing and combines Swiss industrial tradition with an international corporate structure.

Responsibilities:
Collaboration in budget, forecast, and operational controlling for various locations
Analysis of profitability, gross margins, and cost centres
Support and further development of profit and market segment accounting
Co-responsibility as key user for SAP CO
Optimisation of processes and systems with a focus on SAP S/4HANA
Deputising in plant controlling as well as support in the internal control system
Qualifications:
Higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, or data management
Alternatively, professional certificate in finance and accounting or CAS controlling
Experience in controlling, ideally within a manufacturing company
Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO as well as high IT and data affinity
Very good understanding of cost accounting and business contexts
Very good German and English skills as well as a pragmatic, communicative working style
