Functions

• Design, update and deliver training modules for adults
• Develop customised training tailored to clients' needs
• Plan, coordinate and monitor training projects
• Conduct seminars, workshops and webinars in a dynamic and interactive manner
• Participate in the development of innovative e-learning solutions
• Contribute to the strategic and commercial development of SBIS SA

Required Profile

• Proven experience in adult education
• Knowledge in the field of security and/or safety with a focus on interpersonal communication. STPS or AEAI training is an advantage
• FSEA certificate, and/or willingness to obtain the federal diploma, an advantage
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
• Good command of IT tools, especially MS365 and training platforms
• Excellent interpersonal, writing and teaching skills
• Organisational skills, autonomy and good priority management
