HR Generalist Recruiter 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Support throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process - from the first contact to a successful start

• Contract management and maintenance of our ERP system

• Further development and optimisation of the onboarding experience for new employees

• Collaboration in personnel and payroll administration

• Recording changes in the ERP system (SwissSalary)

• Coordination and organisation of internal training sessions

• Management of the time tracking system (Timerocket)

• Competent contact person for managers and employees on all HR topics

What do I need to be successful?

• Commercial training with HR further education (ideally HR specialist certificate)

• Practical experience in HR, especially in recruitment and onboarding

• Authentic, empathetic personality with enjoyment in dealing with people

• Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented working style

• Quality awareness combined with efficiency and independence

• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of SwissSalary and Timerocket is a plus

• Very good German and French skills! Italian is an advantage
