Tasks

• Active and friendly advice to our customers in the shop
• Sale of products and services as well as conclusion of contracts
• Handling customer enquiries, complaints and service cases
• Operating the cash register and processing payment transactions
• Supporting customers with repair and service concerns

Requirements

• Completed training in retail EFZ
• Experience in customer service
• Strong interest in telecommunications products
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people
• High sales motivation with a professional appearance
• Good MS Office skills and technical understanding
• Very good German skills, any additional language is an advantage
• Confident handling of cash register systems and digital tools
