Senior Software Engineer Java/SQL Aarau (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You develop system-specific software based on existing systems
You write specifications and design documents and define work packages as well as technical project plans
You test and commission the implemented systems
Additionally, you take care of the re-design, optimisation and maintenance of existing system software while ensuring a deployment concept that guarantees system availability
Another part of your tasks is developing migration projects and conducting impact analyses for changes
You also provide software support for the warehouse management system, including an on-call service every 5-6 weeks
Qualifications:
You have a university of applied sciences or university degree or an equivalent qualification in computer science
You have good knowledge of programming languages such as Java, SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with relational databases, especially with Oracle and Oracle PL/SQL, is desirable. Knowledge of Forms and Reports is also advantageous
Additionally, you have experience in technical project management
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
