Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d) 60-100%

What you will achieve

• You coordinate and support the processing of financial accounting, VAT as well as monthly and annual financial statements of companies in various industries according to different accounting standards.
• You support national and international companies in the area of payroll and are the contact person for legal as well as social security questions.
• You support our clients on site or remotely with specific projects and ongoing processes.
• You actively contribute to the team, share your knowledge and support less experienced colleagues.
• You contribute your own ideas and actively help to further develop our services.
   

What makes you successful

• You have further training in the field of business/finance (e.g. fiduciary or accounting certificate, business economist FH or similar) or are on the way there.
• You are interested in finance and – if possible – also payroll accounting and want to develop further in these areas.
• You bring service orientation, team spirit, flexibility and commitment.
• Professional experience in financial accounting, especially fiduciary services, is an advantage – but we also welcome motivated talents who want to deepen their know-how.
• Experience and knowledge in payroll accounting are a plus, but not a must.
• You communicate very well in German and ideally have good English skills.
• You work in a structured way, enjoy working with numbers and appreciate teamwork.
