Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will independently process around 150 payrolls monthly and ensure correct and timely payment
• You will carefully record and check mutations, absences, entries and exits, as well as social security relevant information
• You will reliably carry out year-end tasks, declarations, and reconciliations with insurance companies and authorities
• You will be the competent contact person for employees and managers regarding questions about salary, social insurance, and withholding tax

You offer your new employer:

• Several years of experience in independent payroll processing and good knowledge of the Swiss social security system
• You work confidently with SAP and keep track of recurring deadlines and dates
• You are characterised by an exact, discreet, and service-oriented working style
• You have a confident command of German, both spoken and written. French skills are a great advantage (B2 level)
