For our client, an established company in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist 80 – 100% with a committed, reliable and structured personality. The position is initially limited to around six months. Due to the well-connected location in Winterthur, you can easily reach the workplace by all available means of transport.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Independent execution of the monthly payroll processing including withholding tax, social insurances and year-end declarations
• Responsibility for all matters concerning cross-border commuter permits, withholding tax settlements as well as the correct social insurance treatment of employees
• Ensuring a legally and policy-compliant payroll taking into account national and international requirements
• Maintenance and control of personnel and payroll data as well as processing of entries, exits, changes and absences related to payroll
• Participation in payroll projects as well as continuous optimisation of processes, systems and controls

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification with further training in payroll
• Independent, precise working style and high service orientation characterise you
• You have a confident command of German in spoken and written form, possess very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
• In addition, you bring solid MS Office skills, ideally complemented by experience with Abacus
