For the company in the healthcare sector, we are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist 80-100%. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement. The company is very well accessible by public transport or car.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You will take responsibility for timely and accurate payroll processing together with a well-coordinated HR services team
• You will independently handle complex issues relating to social insurance, withholding tax, mutations and year-end tasks
• Coordination and execution of payment and booking runs are part of your varied daily routine, as is the continuous optimisation of existing payroll processes and digital HR workflows
• Close exchange with internal specialist departments, finance teams and external bodies enables you to take on a versatile hub function with high personal responsibility and exciting interface tasks

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as well as further training in payroll or social insurance
• You have several years of professional experience in payroll, preferably in a larger company
• Fluent German, proficient IT user skills and confident handling of modern payroll or ERP systems facilitate your professional approach to complex tasks
