Your tasks with the new employer
- In this exciting role, you are independently responsible for the complete and timely processing of the monthly payroll accounting for the defined customer base
- You coordinate and process all payroll-relevant changes, carry out withholding tax accounting and are in direct contact with social insurance institutions and authorities
- You analyse payroll-relevant data, prepare reports for internal and external bodies and support audits with your expertise and eye for detail
- As the central contact person for customers, supervisors and employees in the payroll area, you advise empathetically, efficiently and solution-oriented
You offer your new employer
- Completed commercial training or comparable basic training, ideally supplemented by several years of professional experience in the payroll area
- Further training in social insurance, payroll or HR specialist certificate is an advantage but not a must
- Sound knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labour law as well as the use of payroll systems such as Abacus or SAP HCM is required
- Openness, team spirit, service orientation and a good sense of numbers make you the ideal candidate for this position
