We are currently looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist 80-100% for the organisation. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks with the new employer

• In the two-person payroll team, you ensure correct and timely payroll processing
• You independently handle demanding topics around social insurances, withholding tax, mutations, and year-end tasks
• You also take responsibility for payment and booking runs as well as for the ongoing improvement of payroll processes
• You actively contribute to the further development of digital HR processes and bring in your ideas for process optimisation
• As an important interface, you liaise with internal departments, finance, and external contacts
  

You offer your new employer

• A completed commercial apprenticeship supplemented by further training in payroll or social insurances forms your ideal foundation
• You already bring several years of professional experience in payroll, preferably in a larger company
• Very good German skills, proficient IT user knowledge, and experience with payroll or ERP systems complete your professional profile
• Personally, you convince with team spirit, discretion, a solution-oriented attitude, and a likeable, straightforward manner
