For the company in the healthcare sector, we are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist 80-100%. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement. The company is very well accessible by public transport or car.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Together with the HR Services team, you ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
• You independently handle complex issues related to social insurance, withholding tax, changes and year-end tasks
• You coordinate payment and booking runs and continuously optimise payroll processes as well as digital HR workflows
• As a central interface, you work closely with internal specialist departments, finance and external bodies

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training in payroll or social insurance
• Several years of experience in payroll, ideally in a larger company, is required
• You have confident German language skills, good IT user knowledge and experience with payroll or ERP systems
• You are characterised by teamwork, discretion, a solution-oriented working style as well as a likeable and straightforward personality
