For our client, an established Swiss company in the construction and service sector, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist 100% immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks with the new employer

• You will independently carry out the monthly payroll processing for several accounting units and ensure correct and timely handling
• You will reliably process time management data, absences, allowances and expenses and take care of the handling of sickness and accident notifications including insurance billing
• As a competent contact person, you will answer questions about salary, social insurance and expenses and support various internal stakeholders
• You will actively participate in year-end tasks, payroll projects and process optimisations and contribute your ideas for the further development of existing procedures

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education with further training in HR, payroll or social insurance
• You have several years of professional experience in payroll processing as well as knowledge of social insurance, labour and withholding tax law
• Very good German skills and confident handling of digital HR and payroll systems complete your professional profile
• You are an independent, reliable and numerically inclined personality with a structured way of working and a strong team spirit
