An established trading company is currently looking for a Responsible Payroll / Payroll Manager 80-100%. The position is to be filled immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks with the new employer

• You will lead the payroll team both professionally and personally and ensure correct and timely payroll processing
• You will be responsible for payroll processing, support monthly and annual closings, and coordinate closely with the finance department
• You will assist managers and employees with questions regarding salary, social insurance, and personnel-related matters
• You will optimise payroll processes, master data, and interfaces and contribute to salary rounds, budgeting, and reporting
• You will bring your experience to demanding payroll topics and ensure efficient workflows together with the team

You offer your new employer

• A commercial education as well as further training in payroll or social insurance form the ideal basis for this position
• You bring several years of payroll experience, preferably in a larger company, and initial leadership experience
• You are well versed in the digitalisation and optimisation of processes
• Very good SAP-HCM knowledge as well as German and good French skills facilitate your daily communication
