As part of a succession arrangement, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced HR Manager 80-100% with leadership experience. The workplace is located in the Olten metropolitan area.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• As HR Manager, you will lead two employees both professionally and personally
• In addition to conceptual HR topics, you will also take on operational and administrative tasks along the entire employee lifecycle for around 200 employees
• You independently manage the recruitment of specialists and executives and accompany the processes from the job posting to the start date
• In the event of absence, you and your team take over the preparation of payroll

You offer your new employer:

• You bring around five years of professional experience in personnel administration and payroll. Initial or solid leadership experience is an advantage
• Your confident handling of SAP enables efficient processing of daily HR processes
• You communicate confidently and professionally in spoken and written German
• French skills are an advantage, as you communicate with the branch in Western Switzerland if necessary. However, travel is not necessarily required
