Your tasks:

• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on buildings and facilities
• Performing minor repairs and restoration work
• Care and maintenance of green spaces and outdoor areas
• Cleaning of buildings, facilities and operational areas
• Inspection and monitoring of technical systems and building services

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in building and facility services
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in contact with people and service-oriented manner
• Category B driving licence advantageous
