Senior System Engineer (m/f/d)

- You design, operate, and holistically develop our hybrid IT infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud
- In this role, you develop sustainable IT solutions together with the team and internal stakeholders and implement them successfully
- You take responsibility for projects from analysis through evaluation to implementation and rollout
- In this role, you ensure stable, secure, and high-performance operation of our system landscape and drive its continuous development forward
- You contribute your expertise to complex 2nd- and 3rd-level inquiries and ensure sustainable solutions
Qualifications:
- You have a solid education or further training in computer science (EFZ, HF/TS, FH or equivalent) as well as several years of experience in system engineering, ideally in a production environment
- You are confident with current technologies such as Microsoft Server/Desktop, virtualisation, cloud/Azure, the M365 suite, as well as network and security
- You enjoy automation and scripting and use modern AI technologies to optimise processes
- You find architecture topics exciting and like to think beyond mere operation
- You work in a structured manner, set priorities correctly, and approach tasks proactively and independently
- You feel comfortable in an interdisciplinary and international environment and can communicate fluently in German as well as well in English
