What you bring

• Administrative sales support for the external service
• Administrative management and preparation of life and non-life insurance offers
• First point of contact for technical questions and offer preparation
• Welcoming and advising our clients at the counter and on the phone
• Support and replacement of sales support colleagues
• Occupancy rate: 50% with required presence every morning
• Workplace: La Chaux-de-Fonds

Your profile

• Commercial training in insurance and/or successful experience in the insurance field
• AFA certification is an advantage
• Good command of standard office tools (MS Office), affinity with new technologies
• You know how to organise yourself, demonstrate anticipation and autonomy in your actions, and determine the right priorities
• You make the best use of your personal resources considering your own strengths and limits and have the willingness to acquire new knowledge
• You establish solid and lasting relationships with internal and external clients and consistently orient your actions according to their needs
• Excellent knowledge of the French language, any additional language would be an asset
