• You lead and support a team of 11 LAA Administrators.
• You combine hands-on management with operational activity by participating in case processing and providing your expertise to the team on a daily basis.

What you bring to HOTELA:

• Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
• Strong expertise in social insurance, ideally in accident insurance (LAA).
• A Federal Certificate in social insurance or equivalent training and experience.
• Training in management or proven experience in a supervisory role.
• You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is an advantage for working in our bilingual environment. Italian is also a plus.
• You enjoy developing your team’s skills, creating a climate of trust and supporting change.
• You have a pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented approach.
