- You lead and support a team of 11 LAA Administrators.
- You combine hands-on management with operational activity by participating in case processing and providing your expertise to the team on a daily basis.

What you bring to HOTELA:
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
- Strong expertise in social insurance, ideally in accident insurance (LAA).
- A Federal Certificate in social insurance or equivalent training and experience.
- Training in management or proven experience in a supervisory role.
- You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is an advantage for working in our bilingual environment. Italian is also a plus.
- You enjoy developing your team’s skills, creating a climate of trust and supporting change.
- You have a pragmatic, structured and solution-oriented approach.
