Team Leader Purchasing & Logistics (m/f/d)

Role:
In this leadership position, you are responsible for purchasing and logistics, ensuring that materials are available as required, economically, and on time.
You combine operational procurement with strategic purchasing planning, manage scheduling and material requirements, and continuously develop supplier relationships as well as internal processes. You work closely with production and other departments and take on a central role within the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
You lead the purchasing and logistics departments both professionally and operationally
You further develop purchasing planning based on production and demand figures
You are responsible for scheduling, demand determination, and material availability
You ensure cost-, deadline-, and quality-compliant procurement
You manage supplier relationships and conduct price, contract, and condition negotiations
You optimise purchasing and logistics processes together with internal interfaces
Qualifications:
You have a technical or commercial basic education with further training, for example as a purchasing specialist with a federal certificate, purchasing manager with a federal diploma, technical commercial specialist with a federal certificate, or comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in operational and strategic purchasing in a technical or industrial company
You have leadership experience and sound knowledge in supplier management
You possess strong negotiation skills and good cost awareness
You work analytically, entrepreneurially, and decisively
You communicate very well in German and English
