Operations Staff: Service
What awaits you:
- Accompany customers at the loading ramps in Goppenstein during safe loading and unloading
- First point of contact for information, breakdown assistance or medical services as well as in case of damage
- Clean and maintain buildings and areas around the loading site in Goppenstein, as well as on the southern ramp
- Carry out train preparation according to FDV
What you bring with you:
- Technical or manual basic training
- Driving licence category B
- Enjoyment in customer contact as well as high personal responsibility and strong safety awareness
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions and irregular working hours (evenings and weekends)
- Very good German skills, English, French and Italian are an advantage
