Do you master Swiss payroll management and social insurances and wish to join a demanding and recognised industrial environment?
As part of a recruitment for one of our clients, a major player in the Swiss watchmaking industry, we are looking for a Payroll & Social Insurance Specialist to join their Human Resources team in Fleurier.
In this role, you are responsible for the complete management of payroll and social insurances, in compliance with Swiss legislation, the employer's agreement of the watchmaking industry, and internal regulations.
Your mission:
Within the Human Resources department, you take charge of all activities related to payroll and social insurances and ensure the reliability of data as well as compliance with deadlines.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure the monthly processing of salaries and perform monthly closures.
- Handle operations related to the annual closing.
- Coordinate AHV controls as well as various internal audits.
- Prepare and check withholding tax statements.
- Manage and update BVG contributions.
- Prepare accident and illness declarations and ensure follow-up of files.
- Manage medical certificates and participate in monitoring absenteeism statistics in collaboration with external partners.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage family allowance files.
- Process APG requests related notably to military service and maternity.
- Ensure follow-up of files related to disability pensions.
- Prepare employer certificates and various administrative documents.
- Manage requests related to the second pillar.
- Process bridge pension and flexible retirement files.
- Occasionally participate in various administrative activities of the HR department.
Your profile:
You enjoy working with numbers, master the specifics of the Swiss social system, and are recognised for your reliability and discretion.
Ideally, you have:
- HR training, a certificate as a Personnel Management Assistant, or equivalent training.
- Several years of experience in a similar role in Switzerland.
- Proven experience in complete payroll management.
- Good knowledge of Swiss social insurances: AHV/IV/APG, BVG, family allowances, accident and illness.
- Good knowledge of withholding tax.
- Knowledge of the employer's agreement of the watchmaking industry is a real advantage.
- Good command of IT tools and experience with payroll management software.
- Excellent organisational skills and great rigour.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Absolute discretion in handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills and a good team spirit.
