Your Mission
- Advise our clients in a comprehensive and needs-oriented manner, help them optimise their financial situation and actively recommend the corresponding banking products and services.
- Request and collaborate with internal services (legal, tax, compliance, credit, investment expert, etc.) and/or external ones depending on the client’s needs in order to define an investment strategy and offer investment, financing and wealth structuring solutions adapted to the client’s needs and in compliance with the Bank’s commercial policy.
- Maintain and ensure follow-up of the commercial relationship through regular contact with clients (phone, visits, events, etc.) to keep them informed of the evolution of their assets, financial and tax news, to build loyalty with the aim of supporting them throughout their lives and thus create development opportunities and sustain the relationship.
- Ensure compliance and documentation of the client relationship (KYC, AML, MIFID, etc.), transactions (KYT) in accordance with the Bank’s procedures to comply with regulations and preserve the Bank’s good reputation.
- Develop the existing business portfolio, identify opportunities for new relationships and business development to acquire new clients and handle prospects who approach the Bank to establish a commercial relationship.
- You encourage collaboration within the bank by developing and transferring your clients to other segments and by calling on specialists.
- Keep informed of current affairs (economic, tax, etc.) and regulations in order to have the appropriate knowledge to meet clients’ needs and advise them effectively.
Your Profile
With a solid banking education (university, higher school or CFC) ideally complemented by a SAQ CWMA certification, you have proven experience in wealth management and are able to identify and prospect new clients through your entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of the Geneva socio-economic fabric. You have great interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, a good sense of initiative and a developed sense of responsibility. You are a positive and communicative person who places great importance on teamwork. A native French speaker, you also have very good knowledge of English (B2).
