Qualified Metal Fabricator (M/F)

Randstad Bulle is actively seeking qualified and experienced metal fabricators to strengthen the teams of our partner companies in the Fribourg and Gruyère region.

Your main tasks:

• Metal construction & locksmithing: Manufacturing and installation of metal elements, frameworks, guardrails, barriers and doors.

• Workshop & site: Versatile work in the workshop (cutting, drilling, milling, fitting) and on site (assembly, installation of facades, structures).

• Welding: Performing complex welds (MIG, MAG, TIG) on various materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminium). Holding up-to-date welding certificates is a major asset.

• Plan reading: Mastery of reading technical plans for the production and assembly of structures.

• Training: Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as metal fabricator or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Proven experience in workshop and/or site installation.
• Technical skills: Ability to read and interpret plans, autonomy in taking measurements and assembly.
• Assets: Driving licence (vehicle essential), aerial work platform/crane licence, and up-to-date welding certifications.
• Soft skills: Rigour, precision, respect for safety standards and team spirit.
