Customer Advisor for Private Customers
This is what your daily routine looks like
- Expanding the existing customer portfolio through cross- and upselling
- New acquisition of private customers
- Competent and needs-based advice for customers, usually at the agency
- Active maintenance of your personal network to ensure you are recommended
- Implementation of sales and marketing measures, lead processing
- Administrative tasks such as preparing quotes or issuing policies
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training. We are also open to career changers
- High service orientation, experience in a sales-oriented environment, negotiation skills, passion and perseverance
- High IT affinity and quick comprehension on the PC
- Neat appearance and impeccable German language skills in spoken and written form, good French skills in spoken and written form are an advantage
- Broad network of contacts, preferably you live in the area of activity
- Impeccable reputation
