Quality System Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client - a globally active medical technology company focused on integrated solutions for people with diabetes - is looking for you as a Quality System Manager (m/f/d) at the Burgdorf location (hybrid, 100%, Ref. No. 382). In this key position, you will actively shape the further development of the quality management system and ensure the high quality standards for innovative medical technology products.

Your main tasks:

• Participation in the review and approval of changes to the quality management system

• Operational implementation of departmental goals and ensuring the highest quality standards

• Responsibility as Key User for SAP, DMS, APM and TrackWise

• Organisation, support and follow-up of internal and external audits

• Operational management of the management system (document control, training coordination, change management)

• Maintenance and further development of quality documentation

• Preparation and reporting of quality-relevant key figures and data

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you ideally bring:

• A degree in a technical, medical or scientific field - alternatively a comparable vocational training

• Prior knowledge in quality management or quality assurance would be desirable

• Enthusiasm for quality systems, regulated processes and the medical technology industry

• Knowledge of SAP, DMS, APM or TrackWise is a plus

• A systematic approach to documentation and task tracking

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate various tasks simultaneously

• Confident communication combined with a team-oriented working style

• Business fluent English; German skills are an additional advantage
