- Responsibility for and support of temporary employees
- Acquisition of new customers
- Maintenance of the existing customer base
- Customer visits
- Organisation of interviews between clients and candidates
- Salary and tariff agreements with candidates and clients
- Achievement of budget
- Sales flair with a high level of commitment and drive for success
- Organisational talent and good administrative skills
- Use of IT applications / industry software
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Foreign languages such as Italian, Spanish or Portuguese are an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance
- Ideal age: 20 - 30 years
