your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the budget, material resources, and personnel deployment in the project portfolio
• Professional leadership of project teams as well as promotion and development of those involved
• Establishment of new projects, acquisition of contracts, and handling of offers and contract management
• Ensuring all project goals regarding deadlines, cost control, and quality standards
  

your skills

• Completed training in heating and cooling or an equivalent technical background
• Further education at the level of advanced technical college, university of applied sciences, or willingness to pursue this
  
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within the HVAC industry
  
• Strong leadership skills, negotiation ability, and a healthy assertiveness
  
• Structured, independent working style combined with a high customer orientation
