For a renowned hospital in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a committed and experienced Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH for a temporary assignment starting in November. The assignment takes place on a surgical interdisciplinary ward and is suitable for nursing specialists with solid acute care experience in Switzerland who enjoy working in a varied and professional environment.
Your Tasks
- Professional and holistic care and support of patients
- Implementation and monitoring of nursing and medical measures
- Ensuring a high quality of care
- Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Independent organisation and documentation of care
- Supporting patients throughout the entire treatment process
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Professional experience in acute care in Switzerland
- Experience in the surgical or interdisciplinary field is an advantage
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- High professional and social competence
- Independent, reliable and responsible working style
- Resilience and flexibility in the dynamic hospital environment
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Willingness to quickly integrate into new teams and workflows
