What is my role?
You take on the independent management of a diverse client portfolio and are the central contact person for your clients. You prepare annual financial statements and tax returns for companies and private individuals, maintain accounting records, and ensure professional financial reporting. You advise your clients on tax and business management issues and develop clever solutions together with them. You coordinate and lead your team, promote the development of your employees, and ensure smooth processes. You are actively involved in digitalisation projects and drive forward modern processes.
What do I need to be successful?
You have completed training as a fiduciary with a federal specialist certificate or have a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in mandate management and are well versed in Swiss tax and accounting law
You enjoy leading and developing employees
You work independently, in a structured manner, and keep an overview even with complex issues
You communicate on equal terms with your clients and build long-term trust relationships
You are open to digital tools and new working methods
You have very good German skills and ideally good English skills
