Senior Consultant / Consultant Spine Surgery (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Consultation hours and spinal infiltrations at the locations Kantonsspital Olten and Bürgerspital Solothurn/Grenchen
• Independent surgical activity (decompressions and simple stabilising procedures) at the locations Kantonsspital Olten and Bürgerspital Solothurn
• Participation in the specialist training of assistant doctors
• Involvement in the spine service of soH
• Opportunity to acquire the specialisation in spine surgery with development prospects

Profile

• Swiss Federal Medical Examination (or foreign medical diploma recognised by MEBEKO)
• Specialist FMH in Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System or Neurosurgery
• Experience and interest in the entire spectrum of the specialty
• Very good German skills, spoken and written (at least level C1)
• Patient-oriented approach, team player and reliable personality with a high sense of responsibility and efficient working style
