In the Operations department, we are looking for a
Project Manager Operations 80-100% – Building Services & Construction Projects
to start immediately or by arrangement.Exciting challenges await you
- you lead demanding refurbishment and renovation projects, including in the area of building services (HVAC / electrical), from conception to successful handover
- you optimise existing operational systems together with our specialist planners, coordinate maintenance work with the Head of Operations Maintenance, and ensure maximum availability and energy efficiency
- you are the central hub between internal departments, external planners, authorities, craftsmen, and the Head of Operations
- you are responsible for project controlling, monitor budgets, create schedules, and ensure the required quality
- you actively contribute to the long-term lifecycle and maintenance planning of our property portfolio
What distinguishes you for the job
- solid technical basic training in building services (e.g. HVAC planner, electrical installer) with further advanced training (e.g. higher technical college, university of applied sciences, technician, or federally certified project manager)
- several years of professional experience in construction management or project management of complex building services and construction projects
- deep understanding of operational processes, modern HVAC systems, building automation, and Swiss construction law
- assertive, communicative personality with strong negotiation skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- confident German language skills in spoken and written form
