What is my role?

Our client is looking for a dynamic communication talent for customer service by arrangement! As the organisational heart of the company, you will take on exciting and varied tasks:

• You fully manage claims cases

• You are the competent first point of contact for customers and cooperation partners

• You skilfully plan and coordinate all appointments

• You ensure smooth replacement car planning

• You calculate precise cost estimates

• You independently take over invoicing

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as a bodywork mechanic or car body painter EFZ

• You have already gained valuable experience in customer service

• With your convincing manner of expression and your likeable appearance, you win customers over

• You keep a cool head and remain flexible even in hectic moments

• Using PC programmes is not unfamiliar to you, but your daily companion

• You are familiar with Audatex and know how to use this tool efficiently
