Experienced Business Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
For one of our partners, Rocken is looking for an experienced Business Controller. In this central key role, you will manage management reporting, drive budgeting and forecasting processes, and advise executives as a sparring partner on strategic investment decisions and business cases.
Responsibilities:
You prepare consolidation and management reporting as well as meaningful key performance indicator analyses for the leadership team.
You coordinate company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes with the specialist departments.
You analyse financial variances, derive operational recommendations for action, and advise management on business management issues.
You prepare business cases, profitability calculations, and investment analyses for strategic initiatives.
You drive the further development of controlling instruments, BI dashboards, and internal financial processes.
Qualifications:
Completed studies (university/FH) with a focus on business administration, finance, or controlling.
Several years of solid professional experience in senior controlling, ideally in a decentralised corporate group or service industry.
Proven expertise in handling large data volumes (MS Excel, BI reporting tools, ERP systems).
Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented thinking, and high advisory competence at C-level.
Fluent German and good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
