Role:
In this role, you accompany clients from requirements analysis to successful implementation. You take responsibility for professional consulting around core HR processes and ensure that cloud solutions are optimally integrated into existing system landscapes. You analyse complex requirements, translate them into practical concepts, and configure corresponding solutions in the cloud. You are responsible for the quality of the implemented processes, conduct tests and optimisations, and ensure a smooth introduction at the client. In doing so, you proactively share your expertise, support colleagues with your senior expertise, and contribute significantly to the continuous development of best practices in the area of personnel master data cloud solutions.
Responsibilities:
You design and implement modern HR processes around Employee Central and Payroll.
You analyse existing workflows, develop optimisations, and translate them into sustainable system solutions.
You accompany customer projects from initial consultation through implementation to successful introduction.
You conduct workshops and training sessions and support users in the optimal use of the solution.
You actively shape customer relationships and bring new ideas for the digital further development of HR processes.
Qualifications:
You have several years of practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with a focus on Employee Central.
You are familiar with Swiss HR and payroll processes and understand their mapping in modern cloud solutions.
You have experience in leading or coordinating subprojects and can bring together different stakeholder groups.
You convince with a pronounced process understanding, entrepreneurial thinking, and high consulting competence.
You communicate confidently in German and present yourself to clients in a confident and solution-oriented manner.
