100% Maintenance Technician
Job description:
Reporting to the maintenance manager, the maintenance technician is responsible for the maintenance of the Nyon factory within a team of 6 technicians.
- This includes the upkeep, repair and optimisation of the company’s technical equipment and installations.
- He/she ensures the continuous operation of systems in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- He/she liaises with production to best meet their requests/expectations.
Working hours :
Variable week: Morning / Day / Afternoon / Evening
The position involves rotation with the rest of the team.
Your main tasks:
- Preventive maintenance: Carry out planned maintenance operations on equipment (upkeep, cleaning, machine checks, replacement of worn parts, etc.).
- Corrective maintenance: Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs on equipment and installations.
- Emergency interventions: Respond quickly in case of major breakdown to limit production stoppages and ensure the safety of installations.
- Equipment monitoring and management: Monitor equipment (operating hours count, consumables tracking, etc.)
- Continuous improvement: Propose technical improvements to optimise performance and equipment lifespan.
- Technical documentation management: Write intervention reports, update maintenance logs and equipment tracking sheets.
- Use of CMMS
- Safety / Environment: responsible for site safety and water analysis monitoring, etc.
Profile sought:
- Required qualification: Diploma in industrial systems, CFC, Bac Pro, BTS or DUT in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or similar field.
- Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic and computer systems, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Experience: 1 to 3 years experience in a similar position is a plus.
- Diagnostic skills: Ability to diagnose faults and propose appropriate solutions.
- Safety know-how: Knowledge of safety rules related to technical interventions.
- Autonomy and organisation: Ability to work independently while respecting priorities.
- Team spirit: Work in collaboration with other departments (maintenance, production, quality, etc.).
