For our Residential Offer Plus, at our Baar-Inwil location, we are looking for a personality from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement as
Tasks
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of a team in two residential groups in close cooperation with the deputy team leader
- Responsible for professional agogical support, care and relationship work
- Co-responsible for the development and implementation of needs-based residential and care offers
- Active participation in shaping and further developing team and personnel development
- Implementation of the agogy framework concept as well as ensuring personnel deployment planning
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Profile
- Training in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
- Further training and/or experience in leadership
- Ideally experience in supporting people with disabilities as well as expertise in the field of "Age and Disability"
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
