Responsibilities:
Building solid expertise in finance and accounting, controlling & real estate
Professional consulting of companies in filling finance positions
Support and guidance of candidates throughout the entire recruiting process
Analysis of market developments and trends in the Swiss finance job market
Key account management
Active shaping and further development of the Finance business unit
Qualifications:
Completed higher education, ideally in business administration, finance, accounting or economics
Initial professional experience with customer contact or consulting is an advantage
Enthusiasm for a dynamic tech startup with high ambitions
Strong communication skills and professional appearance
Confident German language skills, additional language skills are an advantage
