• How you create added value:
• Project management: You independently take on the leadership and implementation of IT projects.
• Technical contact point: You are the first point of contact for system engineers regarding specific products and technical questions.
• Customer support: You install, migrate and expand IT solutions and manage the customers’ IT environments.
• Sales support: You assist the sales team in preparing quotations and contribute your technical expertise.

Our Requirements

• What makes you the ideal candidate:
• Solid education: Completed IT training, preferably in system technology, as well as several years of professional experience with an IT service provider.
• Technical know-how: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365 and the associated services.
• Experience in networking: Knowledge of Fortinet, Zyxel, Cisco Meraki and VMware is an advantage.Customer orientation: You appreciate customer contact, work independently and keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
• Language skills: Fluent German and good English skills – additional languages are a plus.
