To complete our cantonal team of paediatric home nursing care (SIPeD), we are looking for:

LOCATION
Canton of Vaud, Lausanne

MISSION

• Monitor interdisciplinary care plans in partnership with the family and healthcare network partners.
• Provide nursing care at the home of children (aged 0 to 18) with psychological or physical dependency.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a paediatric care service
• Excellent adaptability and ability to manage complex and chronic situations
• Autonomy and ability to work collaboratively with families
• Empathy and commitment to children’s well-being
• Driving licence (mandatory)
