Senior Financial Accountant Real Estate (m/f/d)

You manage the financial accounting of several real estate companies and consolidate the associated property accounting
You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations as well as international or recognised Swiss accounting standards
You are responsible for payment transactions, liquidity planning, and cash flow management and support financing activities
You prepare financial information and reports for investors, internal decision-makers, and regulatory authorities
You accompany audits and tax matters and contribute to digitalisation and process optimisation projects
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with a federal diploma in finance and accounting or comparable further education
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the real estate or investment environment
Sound knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations as well as IFRS or Swiss GAAP FER
Experience with ERP or real estate accounting systems such as SAP FI/CO, GARAIO/REM, or comparable solutions
Excellent German language skills
